5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SnapTools, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and designs
• Software, code, and algorithms
• Tools and services
• User interface and user experience

are owned by SnapTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our tools. However, by submitting content, you grant SnapTools a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

In no event shall SnapTools' total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using our services (which is currently $0 as our services are free).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapTools, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these terms; or c) Content posted on the Service.

SnapTools reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapTools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Process: If direct negotiation fails, we will engage in a good faith informal dispute resolution process
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapTools regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements between you and SnapTools.
